References and Deposits

We will obtain references on behalf of the landlord. Normally these will include your employer (if applicable), current landlord and character references. On occasion, you may be required to provide a guarantor.

Deposits/Bonds

A deposit (or bond) is required prior to occupation. Where we are managing the property, the bond is held by the Deposit Protection Service until the end of the tenancy.

Where we are not managing the property the bond will be released to the landlord.
