Moving In or Out

Once all the necessary stages have been completed (subject to satisfactory references) we will then arrange a move in date and the keys can then be collected from our office on that day.

Keys are YOUR responsibility so please look after them! Lost or stolen keys for any property will incur a fee to replace them.

Moving Out?

Please contact us as failing to adhere to the correct process may mean you lose your deposit/bond. All properties must be left in a clean and tidy state otherwise, you may incur fees for any damage or repairs.
