Application Process

Each tenant will need to complete a written application form. You will also need to supply identification such as a passport or driving licence.

Once we receive your application form this will enable you to complete the full process. To complete your application we will require some additional supporting information. This will typically consist of Personal Identification, Address Verification, Proof of Income/Benefits and References. (Your application fee covers the cost of us obtaining this). In certain circumstances, we may need further information but we will let you know if this is necessary and of course if you are successful.

Pick up an application form from our town centre office or ask a member of staff to email you a copy (simply contact us here if you would like to request a form) with your name and property ID and we will send you a copy of the form to complete. You can email this back to us for consideration.

We aim to process all applications as quickly as possible and you will be kept informed every step of the way.

Assuming you provide us with all the information we require the application process should take up to two weeks to complete and assuming you pass, we will be able to confirm the property is yours. We would then arrange another meeting with yourself to complete the tenancy agreements and any other supporting documents we need signing.
